Everything below is how we actually work day to day in Accra. If your question is not here, WhatsApp us — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
How do I place an order?
Browse the lookbook, add what you love to your cart, and choose Checkout to pay securely. Prefer to chat? Message us on WhatsApp with your selection and we'll take it from there.
How does payment work?
We work payment-first: your order is confirmed and we begin arranging the moment your payment (or deposit) comes through. You can pay online by card or mobile money.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver across Accra for GHS 80, added to your total at checkout. Outside Accra — Tema, Ashaiman, Kasoa, Dodowa, Prampram, Ada and further out — costs more; order as normal and we will confirm the exact amount with you and add the difference before your flowers go out. Collecting from the studio yourself is free. Timing is up to you: pick the day and the time that suits you when you order.
Can I send flowers as a surprise?
Yes. Tell us it's a surprise and we'll keep the buyer's details off anything the recipient or rider sees, and add your card message.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We text you a tracking link, and you can also see all your orders under "My orders" after a quick phone verification.
